We can give just a little time to an elderly person that just needs a little bit of human connection, we will receive the gift of wisdom without even realizing it. We can freely dance around with a child and feel the presence of hope and imagination in our hearts. Explore

We can find out much about ourselves by observing and exploring the vast world around us. There are times in our lives when we will overwhelmed, wrapped up in our minds and fixated on what has happened or what is to come next. These are the best times to stop what we are doing and realize that The Universe is revolving around us and not the other way around. No matter what has happened in our life already, we are in no position to change it. We can feel our hearts begin to rise by observing a soaring hawk above mountain tops or comprehending that within the most dense forests there is vast life moving about and breathing the same air as ourselves. Know that their are sunrises and sunsets, blossoming flowers, light at the end of the darkest tunnels and imagination within each of us that can take us through time and space, above all limitations. We can surprise ourselves by taking the time to write down everything we are grateful for... air we breathe, sights we see and sounds we hear. The comfort of a seat cushion, a dollar in our pocket or the rain that helps cultivate blossoming flowers; a message from an old friend and the freedom to imagine, the world around us is full of wonderful gifts. When we are grateful from the heart we will feel the wind at our backs, taking us to that place we really want to go.

Clutch onto INSPIRATION

Difficult times are when our true faith comes to the forefront of our lives. No matter where we are in this moment, we must believe that within our souls is the power to go in the right direction. In just a few minutes we can look all around us and find that we are exactly in the place we are supposed to be. We must learn to accept pain and continue on toward our greatest good. Many times we are knocked back by rough times and circumstances we have no control over. In the constant flow of the Universe, what we see as setbacks can be a springboard of personal freedom. Each of us have have or will endure fear of what may come tomorrow or what has already happened, feeling like we are always going against life's current. In an instant we can find the inspiration to get back in life's amazing flow. Each dark night turns into daylight and every storm passes, people leave us as others enter into our lives and with each new day, beautiful life is growing all around us. We can find stimulation in the smile of a stranger and watching a child's first steps. This very minute there is a rainbow soaring above the clouds and someone is wishing upon it. In what seems to be an unkind world, there is forgiveness and redemption of past mistakes. Music is moving someone to tears of joy and the first stroke of a paintbrush is creating the world's next magnificent artwork. In our biggest cities someone has just helped someone they do not even know and expect nothing in return except inner gratitude that they were able to do something good. We can be part of this in an instant, let go of fear and clutch onto inspiration.

Let us trust the voice that tells us to simply try something new and understand that no matter the results, we will gain more insight. It is those that chase dreams that are most likely to catch them. By allowing ourselves to take tiny risks each day we will discover our passion and be able to trust all that has been unseen until this point. One of the most simple risks we can take at any moment is to admit that we do not have the answers or truly know what the results will be. Many of us have been taught that we "control our destiny" and out of fear we tend to go along trying to adhere to the outside influences in our lives. We are surrounded by support and have permission to follow our dreams wherever they may lead. As we consistently look within ourselves for the greatness that is in our souls, we may take the little chances in life that will make us feel alive. Fear is a false sense of our minds created by a past that is long gone and a future that we have no control over. The absolute perfection of The Universe is induced by each of our imperfections. We should not judge, hurt, or turn away anyone or anything without looking at ourselves first. We will gain astonishing results within ourselves by simply shifting our thoughts toward giving. Many times we wrap ourselves up in what we are trying to accomplish or what we are looking to receive. We may be frustrated and filled with the fear that we will not get what we are searching for. It is then that we may take a step back to regroup ourselves and reach out to someone else. When we realize that all of our wants and desires can and will be achieved in the time they are supposed to, we can then focus on turning ourselves over to offer love and support to others. Some of us may ask, "How can I give when I don't have anything to offer?". The simple truth is that each of us have unique qualities and an ability to listen. We will find that our experience may benefit someone else going through situations that we have faced. By listening we could discover that we may share similar hopes and dreams with someone else. At any moment we can share a confident smile with a stranger, taking each other away from ourselves and jump starting our day. There is complete joy in helping a child learn to walk or ride a bike and we will find inspiration in the way they keep getting up after they fall. A simple call to an old friend may come to them the exact moment that they need to break free of their own fears and anxiety. We need not delay the gift of giving because the action keeps us in constant flow with the world around us. Let us be grateful and take pleasure in all of the gifts that we possess and remember that there is plenty to share. There is no such thing as failure, we only fail when we neglect our instincts and never try. In our life span we have been taught many different things about what it is we are supposed to be and what we are supposed to do in life. A smile creates wonders and amazement in the world around us. No matter what has happened in our lives or will happen along our path a smile is universally understood. This simple gesture allows us to go about our journey with confidence. There will be times when we are tormented by our own history, fearing for no reason what has happened yesterday or years ago. If we have learned anything from this it is that we are still here and we have reason to smile. Other times we may feel as though we are stuck and fear for no reason at all what is going to come of us tomorrow or years down the road. In this moment we can take the time to look around and realize we have come this far and have a reason to smile. We can't find joy in yesterday or tomorrow, but we can smile right now at the great memories and the beautiful dreams that lie within us.

Acceptance is the backbone of creating the life that we imagine. Until this exact moment, our lives have been shaped by a countless number of circumstances, people, events and our own individual perceptions. There is a tremendous amount of joy in discovering within our own hearts the freedom to establish contentment in our lives. We can begin at any moment the process of forgiveness, letting go, changing our perceptions and creating the wonderful life that we desire.The beauty of it is that we never have to stop moving in that direction, because when we discover our bliss the world will open up an abundance of happiness.

It is impossible to know for certain what lies ahead of us, however true freedom is conceived with the thought of letting go of our past. There are no rules that say our background must dictate to us what lies in our hearts and feeds our souls. All around us change is occurring consistently. The very same source of energy that turns frigid winter nights into bright spring afternoons, tiny little seeds into wonderful golden sunflowers and blank canvases into masterful works of art is within each of us. Once we accept where we are in this moment we can begin to personalize our deepest desires and leave our fear behind us. There is no set time in our lives to stop growing and discovering all of the fantastic elements that will make us feel alive. No matter what has occurred in our lifetime, only we can be the change that we desire to find in the world by creating our own unique and individual perceptions. DAY and NIGHT

Begin every day and finish each night with the simple words THANK YOU. In between these two specific times we can discover a little more about ourselves, visualize our own unique desires and become fascinated by everyone and everything that enters into our lives. When times seem to be a little bit rough it is important to comprehend the idea that by staying in tune with our surroundings, we are actually manifesting serenity in our own hearts. Each day may be filled with a lifetime of wonder and amazement when we are consciously allowing ourselves to be grateful for the splendid gifts all around us.

Each day is truly is a gift- the sights we see, the sounds we hear, each of our individual feelings and the hearts we touch. One of the most difficult actions we can take is to step out of our own world and be a part of life around us. We may feel stuck in moments we can't seem to break free of because life does not seem to be going the way we plan it. When we find it within ourselves to walk self assured toward our purpose we will inevitably be in awe of our surroundings, forgiving, thoughtful of others and confident in the actions we take. Through the pouring rain there is light and an occasional rainbow. Our blue oceans provide us with breathtaking reflections of the sun. We can visualize beds of sunflowers atop rolling green hills. The eyes of a curious child can provide inspiration for us to go and discover something new. We can be fascinated by the hopes and dreams of someone else, allowing ourselves to be stimulated toward our own. We gain courage each time we grab fear by the hand and take it along with us on our journey. Let us embrace the mystery of The Universe each day by staying in the flow of the constantly changing world surrounding us. Each of us have a purpose that exists specifically for ourselves, we can't allow the unknown results of our minds stop us from achieving the experience of freely following our instincts. Each of us individually, can take risks that empower our souls. We will find along the way the people, circumstances and comfort that will support us at every turn. It is not our mission to understand the "why" of life, but to be open and available enough to carry each other with understanding, encouragement and reliance.

When we find ourselves fearful of what might happen or rattled by experience of the past, we can find in this exact moment all of the faith we need to conjure up the courage to move forward. We are breathing, we are feeling and we have the capacity to visualize our own unique joy. Each of us have had and will have occurrences in our lives which seem unbearable at the time, we can find peace and understanding when we realize that we are never alone. It takes just a small amount of courage to redirect ourselves toward faith and to take an action that will free us from our fear. We can learn remarkable facts about ourselves by allowing fear to be our companion on life's exciting adventures. One of the most exciting aspects of our lives is connecting with another person. We should allow ourselves the magic and the mystery of linking ourselves to each other. Sustained Freedom

Without change true freedom can never be sustained. There are times in our lives when we may feel as though we are standing still and resigned to the fact that everything in our lives are going to stay just the way they are. Circumstances of our past may have taught us that we are meant to live up to certain expectations of the world around us. Many of our characteristics, both good and bad have been implanted in us by people and situations which we have never had control of. Our independence derives from allowing our heart to lead us, changing our perceptions and instinctively taking little risks that will make us feel great once we've done them. As we grant ourselves permission to change we will find that the people and circumstances in our lives will fall into place and we will find sustained freedom to carry each other toward our great purpose.

Once we begin to shift our thinking toward being in the constant flow of the Universe we will discover that every person and circumstance in our lives can teach us a little bit about ourselves. When the situation in our life feels stagnant we will discover within ourselves whether we have the courage to redirect ourselves. Pain is often a great motivator in forcing us to point ourselves in another direction. By constantly moving and modifying our thoughts, pain becomes less and solutions become easier. Children will teach us to be curious and we can find wisdom in the elderly when we avail ourselves to different perceptions. We will be able to let go of fear, see the new days ahead with clarity and forgive the people and circumstances of the past by being grateful in this moment. Let us begin changing now in order to sustain our freedom and follow our dreams.

Perfection

Fear and insecurity are most often rooted in our minds while faith and confidence exudes from within our hearts and souls. We often become paralyzed by the idea that we need to be perfect in everything that we do in order to gain acceptance from everyone around us. It is impossible to find contentment by over thinking and over analyzing each of our actions. When we are first accepting of our own imperfections we can then allow ourselves not to judge others and learn to enjoy everyone's unique talent and contributions. There is comfort in understanding that in our perfect Universe we are all fallible. However, when our hearts are in the right place we will discover that our independent growth comes from the mistakes we make and the acceptance of others.

There truly is good in the worst of us- fear and insecurity can bring out the worst in the best of us. Just as we have no power of what the future may bring us or change what the past has done to us, we can't possibly change anyone else. When we begin making changes within ourselves we will find that it possible to walk tall with confidence and let our heart lead us. We will accept the world for what it is and leave the anger, resentment and fear of our minds behind us. Let us do our best to live the right way, give hope to the hopeless, find within our hearts the faith that can take us to that place we really want to go and accept the things we can't change. Each day brings us the elements of a lifetime. As we teach ourselves to live in the day, we can find moments that take our breath away and be in awe of everything we can see, hear and feel. One of the most difficult changes to make in our lives is not taking for granted all of the tiny miracles that occur each day. There may be situations in our lives that we struggle to let go of. At times we may feel as though our future is bleak. The basic rules of the Universe tells us that none of this is true, for our past is gone and there is no future without right now. Take a moment to realize the gifts in our presence this instant.

This day began with a magnificent sunrise that lights up our blue skies and gives off energy to strengthen the weak, deliver hope to the hopeless and give life to each of us. Each breath we take is a gift of the earth's abundant air and allows us the freedom to move in the fluid motion of the world around us. We are all given imagination to create the beauty of our own unique existence and when we give of ourselves we will be consistent with the flow of the Universe. Take time to send a loving message to an old friend, avail ourselves to someone in need- no matter what is going on with our own life, freely dance around with a willing child and hold the door for a stranger. Night will fall upon us and there is magic in the moon and stars. As we lay our heads down we will be ready for the next lifetime to come....bringing us closer to our dreams.

Training Wheels

We will find situations in our lives when it will be necessary to sustain our own inner freedom by reliance on the energy and faith of others. None of us can carry the burden of walking through life's great mystery alone, as situations will occur that seem unbearable. When we allow ourselves to be open and available enough to see outside of ourselves we will discover that each of has the ability to lift the spirit and the hope of someone else. In turn we will realize that we can let ourselves be lifted by the love, hope and spirit of those that surround us. Along our own individual paths we will find a source of guidance through other people. At every turn, let us allow ourselves to carry each other toward our greatest good.

We must realize that we are never alone and none of us should bear the burdens of life or bask in the rewards by ourselves. We can share our spirit at all times simply by reaching out to others with an open mind and a loving heart. It is important to understand that when someone is ready we can be there, but we should never force ourselves into their lives. By walking our own path with confidence, sincerity, trust and hope we allow others to do the same. Just as a child learns to ride a bike with training wheels or to walk with the assistance of a loving hand, we can always support someone that reaches out so long as we know to reach out ourselves. Let us avail ourselves to each other so that our assistance will enable others to chase their dreams.

By showing up we begin to gain momentum toward our ultimate purpose. Though the concept may seem simple we sometimes allow fear to keep us from taking the modest risk of just being where we are supposed to be. Everyone at one time or another will find themselves rattled by the idea of rejection or failure. However, there is grace and elegance in just showing up. Results of our actions are out of our control, but with every outcome, we receive the gift of discovering the next right action. The only failure in our lives occurs when we fail to try.

At times we let our past dictate our outlook on the possibilities that lie within us at any given moment. We may perceive certain disappointments in our lives as reasons quit or define them as unsuccessful. Our own individual truth lies in our hearts and when we discover the passion that drives us, there will always be another open door. We will find redemption in every lesson learned and have the ability to redirect ourselves at any given time. Trust our impulses and accept any and all results with faith that we are on course toward freedom, happiness and joy. Have faith that our biggest dreams will be attained by simply SHOWING UP.

Our true and unconditional happiness must come from within. Many times we find ourselves searching for joy outside of anything we can control. There will be times in our lives when things don't seem to go according to our plan and the tendency is to cast blame instead of searching within ourselves for a solution. A great delight in life is learning from our past mistakes and accepting the absolute fact that we are not perfect. As we attempt to stay in each moment with the mind set that we are moving toward our own purpose, we will then be able to share the happiness that lies within each of us.

We will not find happiness in material belongings, living to other peoples expectations or even finding it in other people. When we are able to walk with certainty that happiness comes from our own independent hearts, we will be able to share that with others. There is an abundance of greatness to share in the world and we can find it by being grateful and not casting blame on the past or worrying about a future that we can't see. In this moment we can all find joy in the air we breathe, the visions we see and the sounds we hear. We will have magical moments when we share our happiness and take in the joy of everyone surrounding us.

Our minds can be free, we can find joy, we will see the light through the pouring rain and our souls will be soothed by the fantastic belief that we are part of a wonderful mystery. At the times when we feel that we just can not handle ourselves, let us get lost in everything that makes us feel alive. Warm smiles, sunflowers, curiosity in a child's eyes, white beaches, green rolling hills and music that inspires us. Fear can be defeated but HOPE IS UNRELENTING

Dance Naked

Our most crippling fear is that of letting go. As we learn to turn our focus on understanding ourselves instead of blaming others, we begin the always evolving process of staying in the moment. We can start imagining in this moment, the conditions in our lives that will allow us to feel whole and useful on our journey. We must learn to accept our past to move on and realize that the results of tomorrow are out of our control. Our only requirement is to lovingly respond to our circumstances in this moment. Know for certain, that within all of us is the ability control our lives RIGHT NOW.

Let us begin to cultivate our trust in God and ourselves by letting go of the past and stop assuming what comes next. We can start taking action right now that will allow us to feel alive and leave our past behind. Write a short poem, give away something we cherish to someone that could use it more, dance naked in the living room, reach out to an old friend or simply get a stranger to smile. We must not be afraid to live and we can't do that yesterday or tomorrow, we only have this minute. We can begin to manifest our biggest dreams beginning NOW.

Simplicity

Let us find simplicity in all that we do, creating the most direct route to our bliss. There are no such things as obstacles, only stepping stones toward our great purpose. We can find the most wonderful rewards in many of the things we take for granted. Warm sunshine on our face, air to breathe and the imagery of our most vivid daydreams.

By keeping our lives simple and accepting the world around us we can begin the process of change. There is a certain beauty in changing the things we can, adjusting to the outside by focusing on what drives our inside desires. Each day we can make tiny little adjustments by consciously allowing ourselves to do something different. Change up our route on daily activities, left shoe before the right, we can wear our watch on the opposite wrist for one day, listen to music that we have never heard or read a book instead of watching television. The simplicity in these changes allows us to stay in motion with the consistently
evolving Universe, opening up new and exciting pathways on our journey. We will open up the doors to new freedoms and discoveries while teaching ourselves to accept whatever may come our way. Let's keep it simple and watch in awe as our dreams really do come true.

Humility and Usefulness

Let us attempt to see ourselves in everything and everyone around us. We will soon discover a humility and usefulness that allows us to soar freely and in harmony on life's wonderful excursion. To pass judgement or gossip about others is poison to ourselves and all that is wonderful about GOD's artwork. Each of us has a specific purpose and it is possible to see the good in what we perceive as bad and the bad in what we perceive as good. Humility and usefulness enters our lives when we are willing to CHANGE our perceptions and adjust to the constant flow of the Universe.

Though we can't change the world by ourselves, we certainly have it within us to change the way we view the world around us. No matter where we are on our journey, as long as there is air in our lungs and the slightest bit of imagination in our hearts, we can begin to steadily move toward our purpose. Empathize instead of judging, see ourselves in all of of Earth's fantastic miracles and make time each day to be thankful for every breath we take. Let us find humility in knowing that we are but a small piece of an amazing mystery. We will be useful to everyone and everything that surrounds us by walking confidently toward our dreams and allowing others to do the same.

LISTEN

One of the great gifts that we often take for granted is the ability to listen. When we forget to step back, take in and hear what is going on around us, all we are doing is adding to the confusion stirring within ourselves and quite possibly everyone and everything around us. We should try to remember that in the grand scheme of things, what we have to say does not always help the situations arising in and around our lives. However, we will find peace in letting everything unfold as it is supposed to and understanding that answers come to us in many forms just by being able to listen.

Often times we get caught up "knowing" or believing we have to control our destiny. Words will not dissolve our past and certainly have no bearing on what the future might bring. We are capable of more by knowing less, by empathizing rather than being "wise" and learning before teaching. We can be more useful by hearing what others have to say than we can by giving information out of fear that we do not have the answers. Listen intently to those that have come before us, heed the curiosity of a child and allow music to give us freedom. We can find a piece of heaven in the sounds of waves crashing, raindrops on the window sill and birds chirping in the morning. Let us learn to listen and we will discover the inner voice that guides us in the direction of our dreams.

DRIFT AWAY

There are times in our lives when we will not understand the things we feel, just hold on because beyond the pouring rain there is light. Within all of us there is hope to be found and joy to hold on to. When we rely on the MYSTERY, we will find that all things unfolding around us are a constant source of inspiration and enlightenment. We truly have no idea which way the wind will take us or the opportunities that will come to us in every situation of our lives. Our best course of action is to confidently believe in our purpose and create new and exciting ways of fulfilling it by trusting our instincts and allowing The Universe to take us to that place we really want to go. We must be humble enough to know that our only power comes in the form of the action we take, the results are a wonderful mystery.

Walk on, with self assurance toward the passion that drives us and let us adjust accordingly to all of the situations life puts in our path. Learn from mistakes as well as successes, take tiny risks that will make us feel alive and trust the process of the ever changing world around us. We can leave behind our past while holding onto the memories that have taught us that we must keep on going. We can believe in a future that will bring smiles to our faces and LOVE in our hearts. By practicing small leaps of FAITH daily, we will intuitively learn how to trust the guiding source that lies within each of us. At times we will surely find ourselves with our backs against the wall, feeling as though we have no place to go. We can either stay stuck in the corner or ready ourselves to burst through the storm that lies ahead. Know for certain that we can trust our ability to respond to all of life's situations ahead by accepting where we are right now.

Our Universe is a place where eagles soar above mountain tops, rivers flow brilliantly and the moon and stars brighten our darkest nights. We evolve by learning to trade our fears with the faith that we are part of the wonderful mystery unfolding all around us. Every step we take puts us in the direction of our dreams, we must remember to take these steps fearlessly with purpose. Within each of us is the resolve get through every passing storm and allow the light within us to illuminate everything and everyone around us. Clear Steps

Lets make our steps clear, so others will see us walking briskly toward our dreams. We do not need to know how we're getting to that place we really want to go. However, just stay in constant motion and there will be no doubt that we will get there. In this ever changing Universe, our path may not always seem clear and obstacles may fall in front of us creating fear within, forcing us to question our journey. Fear is inevitable and impossible to fight, we must teach ourselves to take it with us on all of our exciting adventures. Many times we let little disruptions force us into backing off and giving up on what drives our true passion and we lose grip of the aliveness in our souls. We cannot let the perception of others or our own trepidation detract us from discovering our bliss. We must be driven by faith and make our steps clear, we will then be in awe of all of the wonderful gifts that are in our lives. We can discover within ourselves a magnificent force that can take us to that place we really want to go, by being in awe of the abundant energy surrounding us. Children gleam in delight as they uncover what makes them feel alive in any given moment. The sheer perfection of a galloping horse or the bright lights of our grandest cities. We will find unlimited wisdom of someone elderly by giving them just a little bit of ourselves. High above our mountains, hawks soar and tiny seeds become majestic visions of nature. The BIG MYSTERY is all around us and inside of each of us, in every moment we are capable of walking toward our HOPES and DREAMS.

Unanticipated Moments

In the great process of creating our lives, one great gift is an abundance of unanticipated moments that will take us toward our great purpose. Each situation that may arise in the span of our life, happens exactly the way it is intended for us. By allowing ourselves to accept the way things are in any given moment, WE are equipped to face any obstacle that lands on our path. Our souls will spread their wings and in the solutions we find are the fantastic opportunities to see another person through their own individual experiences.

Each of at times believe that our experiences are unique and that we must take on the world individually. Our PASSION and our BLISS are initiated by our thoughts and guided by the wonderful Energy and Faith we carry within our hearts. Within our souls is an infinite resource by which we can rise above life's little misfortunes and bring energy and spirit to everyone around us. What seem like catastrophes in our lives are really just stepping blocks toward our great purpose of carrying hope and redemption to others. We may grieve losses, struggle with self destruction and we will make mistakes. However, when we open our eyes and hearts to the world around us we will see that we are not alone and that one infinite source can and will bring us together not only with others, but will begin mending the torn pieces within us.

When we are accepting of situations in our life, we are bound by nothing and free to follow our given path with ease and confidence. However, within each of us is the ability to redirect our thoughts toward a purpose bigger than we can see in moments of despair, anger and self doubt. The Universe creates crisp green rolling hills and peaceful oceans following storms that ravage the earth. We will learn to accept love and more importantly, show our love without hesitation. The world around us is a wonderful playground to explore with our greatest playmate....God. With Her-Him-It along side of us we can fully express our inner most LOVE and desires. Like children we can investigate everything and everyone without judgement, discovering what will make us feel alive. The great trick is letting what makes us feel that way evolve into wonderful experiences and great moments of FREEDOM. Ice Cream for Breakfast

Each moment of every day there is an opportunity to be amazed by some unknown discoveries within each of us. Let us open our hearts and minds enough to allow new thoughts and find new beginnings in our lives, so we can confidently walk toward our dreams. Our imagination can take us to any place we want to go so long as we are willing to change our thoughts and discover all of the gifts of The Universe.

At times our "learned" way of thinking may block us from finding the true richness of our hearts or the freedom that God has intended for us. Once we begin changing the way of our thinking, the doors of the Universe will automatically begin to open up and many surprises will come along the way. Try something different and know that it is OKAY. Instead of following the trail up a mountain, create your own path. Listen to new music and dance with all your heart. Smile at a stranger or forgive someone that perceives differently than you. Savor the pleasurable taste of Ice cream for breakfast and relish the freedom that goes along with it. Make at least one choice a day with your heart and LOVE the journey!!

Intuition

Our intuition is a great tool in making split second decisions that can guide us from one moment to the next. As we become more aware of the world around us, we are gaining insight within ourselves of every single feeling of fear, anxiety, joy and happiness that makes us tick. The wonderful part is that we can follow them confidently and know that in any moment we are making the right choice for ourselves. In this process, by listening to our instincts we are learning not to judge and finding that we can't force the results of our desires.

When we are conscious in every moment we automatically know when to forge ahead or when to step back and allow the mystery to unfold before us. Our will can't be forced on the Universe, however when we are guided by faith and allowing everything to open up in God's time, the end result will be beyond anything we would have desired in the first place. Dreamers United

Lets use our imagination today to take us to that place we really want to go.....our freedom to dream today can take us soaring above the clouds- swimming in the deep blue sea- traveling from the Sunrise in the East all the way to the Sunset in the West. We are living in paradise, right here...right now. If we are grateful for the gifts that we have in our lives today, regardless of how simple they may seem, we are living abundantly in the eyes of our creator. Gratitude may come from simply eating healthy, spending a complete day away from an addiction, having the ability to hold a door for a stranger or finding joy in the fact that our roof is not leaking. In the constantly changing world we live in, we are never too far from a source of joy and happiness.

Do not focus today on what we do not have, instead lets devote our thoughts to everything we do have. Air in our lungs, the awesome song we hear that intuitively makes us bop our heads, the ability to laugh, sing and the freedom to observe the beauty all around us.
