The Great Playground

When we take small risks every day, we are changing uncomfortable moments into little victories within our souls. Our fears deter us from fully exploring the beautiful mystery of The Universe.

The world around us is a wonderful playground to explore with our greatest playmate....God. With Her-Him-It along side of us we can fully express our inner most LOVE and desires. There will be no boundaries in our imagination when we are allowing ourselves to open up to the wonderful possibilities in front of us in each moment. Like children we can investigate everything and everyone without judgement, discovering what will make us feel alive. The great trick is letting what makes us feel that way evolve into wonderful experiences and great moments of FREEDOM. Go out and play on this fantastic playground of life, lets remember to share our bliss with everyone and everything knowing that within each of us are the little victories of our souls.

Ice Cream for Breakfast

Each moment of every day there is an opportunity to be amazed by some unknown discoveries within each of us. Let us open our hearts and minds enough to allow new thoughts and find new beginnings in our lives, so we can confidently walk toward our dreams. Our imagination can take us to any place we want to go so long as we are willing to change our thoughts and discover all of the gifts of The Universe.

At times our "learned" way of thinking may block us from finding the true richness of our hearts or the freedom that God has intended for us. Once we begin changing the way of our thinking, the doors of the Universe will automatically begin to open up and many surprises will come along the way. Try something different and know that it is OKAY. Instead of following the trail up a mountain, create your own path. Listen to new music and dance with all your heart. Smile at a stranger or forgive someone that perceives differently than you. Savor the pleasurable taste of Ice cream for breakfast and relish the freedom that goes along with it. Make at least one choice a day with your heart and LOVE the journey!!

Intuition

Our intuition is a great tool in making split second decisions that can guide us from one moment to the next. As we become more aware of the world around us, we are gaining insight within ourselves of every single feeling of fear, anxiety, joy and happiness that makes us tick. The wonderful part is that we can follow them confidently and know that in any moment we are making the right choice for ourselves. In this process, by listening to our instincts we are learning not to judge and finding that we can't force the results of our desires.

When we are conscious in every moment we automatically know when to forge ahead or when to step back and allow the mystery to unfold before us. Our will can't be forced on the Universe, however when we are guided by faith and allowing everything to open up in God's time, the end result will be beyond anything we would have desired in the first place. Walk assured, following your intuitions and keep in your heart every thought and desire that will bring you joy and happiness. Let your dreams be realized and enjoy the journey.

Pay Attention

We can discover sheer bliss in the simple act of paying attention. Instead of constantly searching for peace of mind and serenity, have faith that in every moment these gifts will flow into our hearts. Have comfort in knowing that this instant we are in a safe place. Right now, the agony of our past is gone and we are powerless over the uncertainty of the future.

Observe all of the beautiful life that surrounds us, and we can be sure that we too are a fantastic little piece of the great puzzle of The Universe. Faith allows us to watch in awe as everyone and everything that surrounds us evolves right along with us. When we pay attention we can find delight in God's wonderful creativity. Rainbows and sunsets, the sun reflecting off mountain tops, a mother kissing her child's "Boo-Boo" all better and the wisdom of an aging person. A shared moment of playfulness and an act of forgiveness can carry each of us to that place we really want to go. Whatever may come our way and whoever may touch us.... remember to pay attention and discover your own bliss.

Dreamers United

Lets use our imagination today to take us to that place we really want to go.....our freedom to dream today can take us soaring above the clouds- swimming in the deep blue sea- traveling from the Sunrise in the East all the way to the Sunset in the West. We hold in our souls the ability to see through time and space without limits.

By walking confidently, without trepidation toward our purpose we are given the gift of understanding. We can feel the spirit of others and admire the hope in everyone. The dread of the past and fear of the future is no longer with us when we begin with right now. In this moment, take in the beauty of everything and everyone around you. The Perfect Day

Like the seasons- the weather- the oceans and the sky.... our hearts, minds, and souls change from one minute to the next. The harsh cold winters that seem to knock us back always become the promising Spring days that makes us want to dance with joy. Behind every hurricane comes the calm and serenity of The Perfect day. The seas will bring us tidal waves followed by the everlasting beauty and calm of our beautiful blue oceans. From the darkness of night comes the sunlight and the energy to make all life grow.

Today, know that if there is fear rising within us and there is a fire raging in our souls.....that before we know it, We're going to want to dance with Joy in the serenity of The Perfect Day. The beauty of the blue oceans and the energy of the Sun will enter our hearts and souls. Music will move us, the warm smile of an old friend will trigger our hope and we will once again be directed toward our dreams.

Illuminate the Mystery

Enjoy the Mystery and simply allow the treasures of The Universe to unfold before your eyes. As we evolve, and allow our source within to guide us we will not be bound by the judgement of others, material possessions, or any situation outside of us. We can be liberated from fear and move about freely and enjoy life's simple treasures. Sunshine on our face, wonder from a child's eyes, the sound of laughter coming from someone we do not know. Today...let music move you to dance, envision your greatest dreams and intuitively LOVE the world around you. Be in awe as the light within each of us illuminates the mysteries unfolding before our eyes.

Faith-Love-Spirit

Courage to change the things we can begins inside with our FAITH- LOVE- and SPIRIT. These seemingly simple tools can allow us at any given moment to rise out of darkness and into the beautiful light that reflects off our smiles and the gleam in our eyes. As we let this light shine through us it automatically gives others not only permission, but reason to do the same. This is a powerful force that can transform the spirit of the disadvantaged and give them hope. Our courage to change allows the sick to recover, children to look at the world and wonder, and our own journey to be filled with laughter and joy. If you are at this moment on the downside of advantage and relying purely on courage.....remember that anything is possible.

Our great companion

When we are able to keep fear as a companion and take little risks, beautiful surprises may happen at any moment. When we're trying to FIGHT fear we are only filling ourselves with anger, hostility, resentments and complete uncomfortability. This can lead us to of life full of contempt. Instead, we can use our fear and self doubt to trigger the changes in our lives that will allow us to be forgiving, aware and in tune with the world around us. Illuminating the wonderful light that shines within us... all of us.

Grateful

We are living in paradise, right here...right now. If we are grateful for the gifts that we have in our lives today, regardless of how simple they may seem, we are living abundantly in the eyes of our creator. Gratitude may come from simply eating healthy, spending a complete day away from an addiction, having the ability to hold a door for a stranger or finding joy in the fact that our roof is not leaking. In the constantly changing world we live in, we are never too far from a source of joy and happiness.

Do not focus today on what we do not have, instead lets devote our thoughts to everything we do have. Air in our lungs, the awesome song we hear that intuitively makes us bop our heads, the ability to laugh, sing and the freedom to observe the beauty all around us. When we are grateful for the gifts in our lives this minute, we have the capability to imagine the life we desire. We were all given a light within, freely go out and let it shine today. Let your grateful presence alone liberate everyone and everything around you.

Humbly and Gracefully

We become stronger by allowing ourselves to be vulnerable and forgiving. Allowing ourselves to be unbending in the beliefs we have learned throughout our life causes us to cut-off the our evolution to a greater purpose. Prejudice, jealousy, anger and resentment toward others only occurs when we are not accepting that each of us is a child of God with our own specific path.

Others may treat us or look at us in a way that causes us to be uncomfortable or resentful toward them. It takes a great deal of courage to embrace their judgement of us and walk confidently toward our own aspirations. When we judge or attempt to understand the actions of anyone, it will cause us to shut down our evolution toward God. We will inevitably come across people that will let us down and hurt our pride. We can not carry anger because it will tear us down. Instead, our own trust in God and self assurance will give us the courage to accept everyone for what they are, a beautiful piece of the great mystery. Forgiveness gives us the freedom to move along our path humbly and gracefully, in tune with our great Universe.

Awe and Acceptance

Everything is miraculous and we are perfect exactly where we are today. We can get an awesome feeling inside when we are able to see all of the awe inspiring creations of the Universe that day to day we may take for granted. Each branch of a tree is connected in some way to the root below the Earth's rich soil. Rivers constantly flow inevitably finding their destination. All creatures, from the wildest of Wolves to our own pets are breathing the same air as we do. Each creation existing in perfect harmony with the beautiful, vast and ever changing world we live in.

We too are perfect creations of God and the Universe. Our great gift is that we have the ability to create the life we imagine when we are accepting that we control nothing, yet we are moving toward our purpose. Our intuitions will clear the way through our fears and anxiety when we know in our hearts that we have given absolute control of the results to the invisible power that puts everything right where it should be. Today, accept all the things we can't change and confidently change everything we can. We can be certain that right now, in this moment, we are created perfectly in the awe inspiring Universe we live in.

Find Your Bliss

Gratitude will lead us on our most direct and fluent path toward Love, harmony and peace within our hearts and minds. Negativity is a powerful force that can drive us to steamroll through life leaving a path of destruction and hurt feelings everywhere around us. When we realize that our judgement of others, fears and lack of freedom are inside of us...we can then begin the wonderful process of healing. In one simple change of thought, it is possible to begin letting go of our doubts and trepidation that ultimately tear us down.

There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way. We can stop in an instant, searching outside ourselves for the serenity that is within each of us. All that we search for is in the breaths we take, the lives we touch and smiles within our hearts. Take a moment today and find your bliss, be in awe of the beautiful miracles of our great Universe. Look beyond the tree tops above the hills and imagine the life that stirs underneath. Admire the loving gaze that a mother gives her children. Be thankful for each breath and step we take. When we are in pain or doubting the way our life is turning, take one small risk to ignite the wonderful spirit that lies within each of us. For one moment, we can forget our past and leave our future worries to do something different. Our thoughts are powerful enough to create the life we imagine, like all creation the journey begins with a single step.

We are a piece of an ever changing Universe, where nothing stays truly still. Fresh Spring days eventually turn into sensational Summer nights. Every minute of every day a new life is being born, ready to blossom into whatever form God has intended. In our lifetime we never take the same breath twice, with each one we are in the constant flow of the world around us. With every breath, there is an opportunity to thrive in the richness of everyone and everything that surrounds us. We can admire the smile of an old friend, take notice of the sunset or see the wonder in a child's eyes. Today, allow one moment to take yourself to that place you really want to go.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness, not only of others, but of ourselves is a sensational stepping stone toward liberating us from our deepest fears. Today I understand that when we are letting go of our fiercest resentments, we are able to shift our hearts toward love. When we carry that anger it can tear us up inside, leaving a path of destruction in our wake. When we destroy others with our resentments, we are actually tearing ourselves down even further. There is no freedom within when we refuse to accept that each of us is a perfectly designed piece of GOD's great artwork. With forgiveness comes an immeasurable amount of independence that allows us to walk with confidence on our journey toward our purpose.

For today, find the beauty of forgiveness in your heart. We are meant to shine brilliantly in the in the eternal light of The Universe. Find within yourself the innocence of a child, non-judging and fearless. Release yourself from the prison of the past, become humble enough to see the good in everyone and everything that God has created.

Freedom of the Powerless

There is great freedom in understanding that we are powerless over everything except the choices that we make. The true beauty of this is that even all of our choices, good and bad will have outcomes that are out of our control. We can begin evolving by making little changes and taking little risks in our lives that will ultimately bring us closer to God. We will gain insight on our own unique intuitions by following them without expectations, enjoying life's great mystery.

Our own vision of a perfectly sunny day may be hampered by a drastic rainstorm. Our choice then becomes clear...live in the misery that our expectations have not been met or go outside and jump in a puddle. Today my choice will be to splash around freely, basking in the fact that The Universe had other plans. The rain is needed to nourish the soil that feeds fantastic life into the blooming flowers and flowing rivers. We can let passion grow within us no matter what circumstance comes our way. Freedom comes in the choices we make, we learn to love by accepting all of God's results openly and willingly.

Cultivate

Each day is a journey filled with tiny miracles that we must not take for granted. The moment that our eyes open up and we have air in our lungs our journey begins. We are now past yesterday and tomorrow is uncertain, be open enough to relish the gifts that come your way TODAY.

We can savor the stirring sights and sounds of morning to begin each new day. Birds singing, the rain beating on our rooftop, the light of the sun glaring through the window. Each day begins with new and exciting adventures awaiting, a chance to evolve with the Universe and grow from within. We can find great reward in taking the risks of the open minded... forgiveness, affection, enchantment and love. When we shift our thoughts toward these feelings, the world around us cultivates the good within us. All of life's mysteries will unfold before our eyes and in our hearts. In the quiet stillness of night be grateful for every miracle bestowed on today's exciting journey.

Amaze Yourself

Be in absolute awe of everything today. Take notice of the vast sky and the tree tops on the rolling hills no matter where you travel today. Throw your arms around the world knowing that everything and everyone is part of you and in turn you are a part of it. Let your little light shine and watch as the world around you illuminates from your great power within. Drive fast, sing loud and dance freely.....take a risk that will make you feel wonderful once you've done it. Understand that we are part of ONE great Universe that our connection with it lies in the blooming of flowers, the rising of the sun, the current of the rivers and the tears and smiles of everyone we come in contact with. Go confidently in the direction of your biggest dreams today and know that behind you , directing you and guiding you is the absolute love of GOD.

Confidence

We can walk with CONFIDENCE when we are free enough to seek our guidance from a source greater than ourselves in every moment, right here, right now. It is when we have CONVICTION that we are limited to the demands of our ego and tied to the burden of an uncertain future. For today, may we walk assured that each step of the way God is directing us intently toward our grand purpose.

Live today moment to moment with laughter in your heart and liberation in your soul. It is impossible to find these gifts anyplace, except within yourself. We can drop the fear of the future by simply recognizing that it is not a burden we wish to carry with us. We can not fully realize the beauty in others until the moment comes when we can draw from our hearts the beauty we possess inside ourselves.
