THANK YOU

Take time to realize the gifts that have been put in front of us each day and know that there is nothing too good to be true. We tend to feed our fears by believing that we deserve the bad situations that happen in our lives. Worse yet, by rejecting the great things that enter our lives we are giving fear the "desert" that it craves. Let us take a moment today to enjoy the simple pleasures that we may take for granted.

In any given moment we can be grateful for the breaths we take, the sounds we hear and the visions we see. We are taught as children to say "THANK YOU" when we receive a gift. Those two words alone are powerful beyond measure and can ensure happiness. We are constantly receiving gifts in every moment we take a breath, notice the smile of a stranger or get moved by song. Devastating and hurtful situations will pass and once they do, we are able to reach out to another that is going through the same situation. In the flow of the Universe these are the times we can grow and evolve into useful pieces of the great puzzle. We can be there to offer friendship unconditionally even when it is rejected, understanding that everyone has their own journey to follow and path to take. When we look around us and remember to say "THANK YOU" for our own simple little gifts, we can walk confidently toward our dreams.
